Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sovara website, including the Self Map membership and the Human Design Deep Dive. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

The Self Map is a recurring monthly membership. Your membership begins with a seven-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial period. After the trial ends, your membership automatically renews at $47 per month until you cancel.

You may cancel your Self Map membership at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal. To access the portal, use the billing link provided in your purchase confirmation email or contact us through the contact form.

• Cancellation stops all future renewals.
• You retain access to the Self Map through the end of the billing period already paid.
• Sovara does not prorate partial months.
• Cancelling during the free trial period incurs no charge.

Self Map membership payments that have already been processed are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, or if you have a concern about a charge, please contact us through the contact form within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

The Human Design Deep Dive is a one-time, $47 purchase. There is no recurring charge associated with this product.

Because the Human Design Deep Dive is a personalized digital product, it is generally nonrefundable once the material has been generated, delivered, or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

If you have not yet received or accessed your Deep Dive and wish to request a cancellation, please contact us through the contact form as soon as possible after purchase.

Books, workbooks, and other digital downloads sold through Sovara or linked third-party retailers (such as Amazon) are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. Sovara does not process refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where law requires a refund or cancellation right beyond what is described here, Sovara will honor that requirement.
